NOTE: Early registration date is May 10. This is because of the workshop participants, but at the same time we will have problem in keeping so many rooms for more than 8 weeks. So, rooms at the conference hotels cannot be guaranteed after 15 April. We will keep a number of rooms for workshop participants, but we urge the conference participants to book your rooms before April 15.

Cancellation prior to 20 May 2011: total refund less administration fee of ISK 5.000.

Cancellation 20-31 May: 60% refund less administration fee of ISK 5.000

Cancellation after 1 June: no refund.

Cancellations made up to 1 week before arrival: full refund less credit card cost if applicable.

Cancellations made less than 1 week before arrival: please contact the conference secretariat for details.

No-show at hotel: the first night will be charged.

No refund after 1 June.
